Right now I am a 3-4-4-3 Rebel Pilot. If I was to try and get some master pilots together and try and take out a Star Destroyer would that level me faster? If so how much xp would I get if I participated in it?

If I was in their ship how much xp would I get for helping? LIke a ballpark amount.

The exp for an ISD kill might be nice (can't remember exactly, though), but I do not think it would be the fastest way to level. First, it takes several steps to blow them, though it is of course soloable (which I hate, but that's another thread). Second, you'll be, at best, receiving half exp, as it will be equally divided among the ship crew. You can do it, but the risk/reward makes it less than ideal, in my opinion. It would also require a skilled pilot, as pilot/turret and MP ships are not the preferred ships with which to solo ISDs.

I would recommend, however, either 1) doing tier 4 Destroy Duty missions as quickly as possible with Master/Ace friends doing disables and you finishing everything off or 2) heading to Kessel and beating the crap out of Imperial (since they give more exp and you already seem to be Rebel-aligned) Gunboats by hitting them in their below/behind blindspot for 30k+ exp per kill. There seem to be an abnormally high number of Imp Gunboats hanging around Kessel at all times.

If the ISd is like the Rebel Station, you get 10K xp for killing it solo. If you are aboard a ship, that gets split.

The ISD and Rebel Station are mainly killed for the bragging rights now. It used to be that the Rebel Station dropped 500K+ credit chips and lots of loot, but it got nerfed.

Yeah, 10k does sound right. You have to understand that the pilots who go after the ISD and Rebel Station are already Masters, and Prestige is easy to get, so experience value is typically meaningless. Deep Space may be a great place to earn Faction, but it's not always the best place to earn Experience.
