Today I got my A-Wing up to 2046 speed. I cannot, however, get an EOL4 to work. I have submitted a ticket for this. But if my math is correct, the overload 4 would get me up to 2173-2174

Does anyone remember what the current record is?

Are you running RO4? And is it a crafted engine? Crafted engines have unholy energy drain.

No, I am running EO3. The energy drain for the ship is at 3600 plus/minus. And I have 12k energy in my reactor. I still cannot get the EO4 to work. Any ideas how to fix this?

Oh, and yes. I am running a crafted engine with 119.5 speed.

If your engine has 3k drain, EO4 raises that to 30k drain, 12k reactor isn't gonna cut it.

Sigh..you guys are so fast..my Vaksai cruises at 1660 and has a 18 second boost of 2182.

Since this is my combat load out...It also carries a lvl 9 gun...heh

So the EO4 overloads by a factor of 10? Damn. Well that answers my question. I looks like that props the Vaksai up to the top in the speed category, seeing as it has almost 3x the mass of the other 1.0 speed rated ships.

Slysix, what kind of stats are you running? It looks like you would have to have an engine with slightly over a 120 rating and a booster that hits a 50 rating. I had previously thought that 120 for an engine and 50 for a booster was the cap, which would have put you at 2180 with EO4 and a boost.

BTW, I have tried a RO4 before hitting the EO4. Hasn't worked. The odd thing is that after I repair and land, I still cannot use my droid or booster. Even if I switch the parts out, the new ones are still considered "Disabled". The no damage was ever apparent on the used or new components. It all seems to get fixed if I travel to a different planet. Not sure what is going on there.
