get someone to DB you and restart you only have to restart from that point not the whole quest over again then run inside the building and hopefully they will all spawn inside and not get stuck. I had to get dbed 3 times before i completed it.

This bugged on me several times so I feel your pain. Here are my observations and my steps towards eventual success and passing this horribly bugged step.

First, how to get out of it. It took a few times to realize that the quest cancels and deletes itself after logging out for a period of time. I couldn't nail the exact time frame, but I was able to log out/in and reset it with relative consistency. Also, it seemed travelling to another starport, landing and then returning to Wookie-world worked. Even if the rebel(s) remain, check your journal. If the quest is gone, you can restart it.

Second, whenever I started the mission,the Rebel Commandos immediately attacked at the door to the imperial base. Eventually I figured it out and I burst ran with them in-tow to the next bigger area with the giant tree. Then I killed the commandos. Now the rest of the rebels pop in a much larger and open area. This allowed me to to whack both the wookie freedom fighters and rebel troopers with relative ease.

It took me about 8 attempts of resetting and trying again before I finally could get it figured out. Patience will get you want you want. I submitted a CSR - never got a response. Shock.

Droid pulling did nothing for me - droid couldn't see or engage the target(s) any better than I could.

Don't know if that'll help you, but it did get me past a *very* frustrating portion of an otherwise neato quest.
