Thread: How do Freelance pilots get two different Corvette missions in Kashyyyk?
You do the quest, just like the other two factions.
The difference is, to finish the quest, Rebels go to their station, Imps go to their station, and Freelance use Kashyyyk station. Eyma on the ground will tell you which one to go to, if you are Freelance, and I do believe it is tagged to whatever ground faction you are at the time. So, as a Freelancer, not only might Eyma tell you to go to either the Rebel or Imp station, but you can talk to Kashyyyk station to get the Vaksai, then go to the station Eyma actually told you to go to, and get that faction's ship (and the hologram, too!).
How it happened for me:
I was Imp ground while doing this quest. I can't remember if I was Combatant or On Leave, though. Eyma told me to head out to the Imperial Station, but I spoke with Kashyyyk station first, and did the quest/got the Vaksai. Then I went to the Imperial Station, did the quest (which was slightly different), and got the holo/RGT.
If you have completed this quest as a Rebel or Imperial, I do not believe you can get the Vaksai (or anything else), if you drop and grind Freelance/try the quest again as a Freelance pilot. In order to get 2 ships from this quest, I believe you had to do it as a Freelancer the first time. If this is wrong, someone please correct me.

I've just gotten to the part where I'm supposed to talk to Emya on the ground, so I guess I'll need to get the RG TIE since I went ground Imperial to get the Actis Starfighter.
