I've looked all over for this guy, I have found 2 "Nym's Fuel Techincian" NPC's neither are the one I want. Could someone please let me know where to find this geezer.

not in one of the side or back rooms in Nym's building?

He is in Nym's building itself. On each side of the building, there are two room that are behind where Nym is located...the fuel tech is in the room on the right, if you are looking at Nym.


If you know clock position references, the fuel tech is about1 o'clock from Nym.
