Sensor Decoy Launcher
I know I need to upgrade the H-K Scorcher to a Borstel. I also have an RE'd pre-nerf reward engine (ed 1396, mass 8889, p/y/r 67.8/68.5/71.l, ts 95.6) I could swap out for the Starmap, if I needed to free up some mass.

On to your ship:
It's good that you have that huge power gen reactor cause the energy use on a few items is a bit rough.
That being said, that extra power will enable you to run EO4, CO4 and the currently bugged WO3 with no need for reactor overload.
In the way of possible switches:
Try for a couple LVL 7 RE'd plates of armor. They can get as low as just under 5k mass Pre-RE and over 1500 hp Pre-RE.
Level 6 RE'd caps can get close to that 50.8 when RE'd as well. Similar energy, better once you hit Cap OL 4 and roughly a third of the mass.
I have always ran with an average of 15 second droid interfaces, both pre nerf and post nerf. Level 6 DI's can hit around 15.1-15.3 and gives you perfect time to recharge that cap for that shield shunt to save yer arse. Not to mention, that mass is actually lower as well.
Hitting DS would take care of any and all repairs needed, but 25%,25%, 50% and 100% at a station will take care of that as well.
