Thread: Give us interesting missions: Instanced Space!

First off, I never liked the JTL missions.

Basically there are just 2: Destroy & Escort (capture is basically the same as escort).

Now why don't you introduce instances in space??? This wouldn't need any extra leveldesign or something. Hyper to a specific destiantion and voila, you're in a empty area, where noone else than your group could enter.

Now copy & paste all the Sim-Series Missions into SWG. Or create similar missions. They were awesome. Capital ships were involved. Unexpected things (story wise) would happen. etc...

Also enable collision damage when in an instance.

And since no other players could interfere with your mission, they could be made more complex (just as the ones from the single player series).

Give us real missions, where something is happening, where we're part of the show, not just waypoint-triggered no-brain missions!

Dude, there aren't enough people in space...even in Starsider space to go splitting us up even more than the various hyperspace areas do.



If a poisonous snake is dropped on top of you from a gyrocopter, don’t freak out and shoot your own driver with your arrow gun, making the vehicle lose control and blow up. Its probably just as scared as you are.

I can understand that a lot of people aren't in space because the don't want to play "kill all ships at the WP"-missions or "kill all ships that pop out of hyperspace right in front of your nose"-missions.

But that probably will change with some missions, where you actually have to use your brain and need a good tactic to finish them.
