Hey!!! congrats guys!!!

There's enough pilots here who can tell you that everything can be solo'd if you know how, no matter what level pilot you are. That's the same reason I still use some of my older ships from way back in the day, even though I can use heavier ships it's still fun to see whether or not it's the ship or you that makes the real difference. It's missions like this that require it to be YOU that makes the difference, and because of that I wouldn't change a thing about them.

Lol, it's just better to hear that when you've done it rather than when you still need to do it.

Helped a few people through this mission in a JSF and just blasted through it. On my way up I attempted it about 5 times until someone helped me do it in a TIE Opressor.

Heavy mass TIE and an Ace wingman helps a lot.

YYYYEEESSSS!!! Got through tier 3!! It only took me about 750k credits give or take.. First i thought when i got stuck with 3332 that noway in hell im a getting through with tie interceptor as every time i was cut to shreads by those novas. Then i bought a tie bomber with its 2 wonpons and2 launchers and super 190k mass. As i flew to endor and got into the 3332 escort part i noticed.. I can't turn that thing! It takes ages to get anywhere and when you roll it and you stop pressing q or e the bomber keeps on rolling for a while. So i got blows to bits. Again.. Then i remembered reading on this thread about heavy mass tie fighter. I did a search on a bazaar terminal and there where ONE blueprint for heavy mass tie fighter on the whole galaxy. Paid 500k and stuffed it full with armor and better weapon and droid interface. Tried that mission and again and when it came the time to destroy the nova i used bomber strike first so not EVERYONE of those ship wouldn't attack me right away. My tactic worked i flew right pass the x-wings to the nova and zap zap BOOM! No more nova. It was easy to round up the rest of the fighters for my suprise the mission was over (i would have thought i should have taken the files from the disabled nova to a shuttle but guess not) and i won!

And the first tier 4 mission was easy too, now that a know that if you're badly damaged you can hyper out as long you don't hyper out of the sector. Now i'm trying to get 1000000 starship xp so i can advance to the 2nd tier 4 mission.
