Thread: Does anyone know how to...
Any help would be great.
Also, does anyone know what kind of .426 guns would be green?
Thanks in advance,
Seriphos
I use two .370 blasters, an L8 and an L6, and use two mouse buttons to create the firing effect of a .185 weapon.
You cant do it.....even with fire and cycle weapons group as your main button, you wont be able to hold down the button and fire because it only cycles the weapons group when you click/pull the trigger AFAIK
youd have to click your fire and cycle button precisely at half thefiring speed of the slower gun, manually, to cycle back and forth between the guns at half the fire rate of the slower one, but im not even sure if SWG will process that many rapid clicks and cycles without some inherent hanging as it switches groups, and even a delay of .05 seconds per click would be significant
using a gun with double the fire speed of the other will just result in the slower gun firing every other time the faster gun fires. Using two guns with disparate firing rates will result in the guns periodically synching and desynching fire as their phase shifts

Get the blasters to sync up so that they sound like 1 fast gun instead of 2 guns? I've been searching around trying out different weapon speeds in an effort to get my guns on my firespray to sound as if it is one fast gun as opposed to 2 different guns. With the same weapon speed, the guns shoot at the same time. Currently I have a .263 and a .35 and I can tell I'm getting close. I think maybe a .4 will do the trick or a .426, as it is double the .263.

You allready know you need the weapons speeds to be as identical as possable.

i have 2 fire buttons on my stick.the normal trigger is linked to a group with both guns, and the other only shoots one gun. when i want to stagger my fire i hit the one gun button, wait for half my cycle time, and then punch teh trigger.

That's what I do...only with a mouse. Sometimes takes a few tries to get it synched perfectly.
I'm going to try an semi-automatic stagger on Phoenix by mating a .296 with a .396...or a .406. Obviously I'll run it before REing to see if it's a workable idea.
