I'm unable to find anything even close to 25k preRE lately... did these drops get nerfed?

makes me sick... I got ahold of an already RE'd lvl 8 reward that sits at 24.9k mass... crappy drain, crappy regen... meanwhile I have 3 untouched reward shields (people put these on the bazaar all the time it seems heh), a lvl 8 with preRE regen of 17.90, another one with a drain of 1808.x ... all of those are collecting dust till I find a good low mass to mix with em.
managed to get ahold of a protecto-net with 2100 or so on the front w/15.x regen, and found a lvl 7 sheild at just over 14k mass I'm trying to buy from a "dealer" .... this may prove to be better over all until I can find a low enough mass lvl 8 to cope with and RE one of those rewards.

Yeah, no kidding. I have fifteen of the friggin' things (14 of them brand new 700.x hp/armor), and I doubt I paid more than 80k for any of them.

any clue what's "exceptional" for a protecto-net front or back? 2143.x IIRC was the front on mine I have now... wondering if I can do better than this... still sick about the friggin lvl8 deal though

I've heard of 26xx (post-RE) Protectos...but whoever claimed it was screenshot-phobic. 21xx seems to be around the better numbers you can hope for.

22xx is possible, but rare... have a 2213 rear waiting on a front right now

We're not talking about hp, we're talking about mass. You should get a reward shield, unless you're talking about a Protecto-Net.

No there are not nerfed unless very recently gotten 2 in 23.x k range in last month just have crap for regen here

great! so there is still hope for my supar shield after all haha. nice to know they still do drop occasionally. we're probably missing them cause players are selling them to the friggin broker.
