is the arc 170 a rebel pilot only or is it a rebel faction based quest?
I know the heavy x-wing is a rebel pilot only .

EDIT: I happily stand corrected. You only need to be a Rebel on the *ground.* First time I went to see the Queen I was On Leave and she snubbed me. But on the advice of other pilots from this board, I went Combatant, fought my way back to the Queen and she was happy to give me the quest.

not looking to promising for us master nutral pilots on gettign either unless each quest can be done more than once.

Not true my smuggler friend, Neutrals get some blacksun vessal the "Val-" something, Cant remember.

The Vaksai is indeed a privateer-only reward that starts, like its Rebel and Imperial counterparts, out of Kashyyyk station.

well, if the ARC 170 is rebel only, then WHY do the Impeial and freelance pilots all have CERTs for it under 4XXX skill box?

Because RotW was released to us before it was finished, basically so we can beta test for the devs. The quests for the arc and jedi fighter will be available to everyone eventually.

All the none faction Ships are tradable as deeds. Only the X-wing and Tie Int are tied to faction. The ARC, Grievous and Jedi are available to any faction, that's why you all have certs for them.

The ARC isn't rebel only. My gf's a neutral pilot and she's got one. (She can't generate it, but she's got the deed.)
