what is the certification for the grevious fighter?

Currently, all you need to fly the Belbullab is the 4th box of the ship certification line in any pilot faction. 4xxx, in other words.

I don't yet know whether it's intentional that you don't have to run the quest to be certed for it, however, so if you're looking into buying or selling one, know it's possible that a quest-based certification could be added at some point.

Where do you start the quest for it? Or is it even a quest?
