Where do I take my transfer? I'm in storm squadron BTW.

Go talk to the trainer again. He tells you where to go ( inside the Bestine Capital building).

For Tier 2, your new trainer is in the same room as Victor Visalis in the capital building.
After tier 2, your new trainer is at the Imperial outpost of Yavin.
If you talk to your previous trainers, they'll tell you the location.

you talk to the commander in the bestine capital building. When you enter the main hall, go right and up some steps. He's behind a desk with 3 imp banners on the wall. You go to him once you get 1111 for storm squadron. After him, i dunno... i'm doing those missions myself
