-Since a lot of the rebels are sad about the new jedi starfighter being a imp mission (now i personaly are imp but have heard complaints from guildmates and such), i say have a quest that say starts with Luke or Wedge that ends with the player going to Obi-Wan's house and getting his old jedi ship. Very similar to the new jedi ship missions just rebel oriented. Like instead of guiding a AT-ST to saftey guide a wounded rebel commander or something (not on kashyyk though have it on like Yavin). Now i know the devs had the Jedi starfighter questgo tokashyyk so that you had to have ROTW to have it so they could do the same for this quest. The old jedi starfighter would have equal stats to the new one, just to make it fair.

what do u guys think?

or howabout obi-wan's starfighter from attack of the clones? i think that would make a good "rebel" jedi starfighter. of course it couldn't have the original skin which contains the imperial insignia. but if it had the same stats as anakin's starfighter, that would be cool. but then just to even things up, there would have to be an imperial equivalent of the arc10 maybe a tie defender or vanguard

If it's so important to have a ship with equal stats, just get a Bel-22.

Personally, I was disappointed that the Jedi Starfighter wasn't the Delta 7 Aethersprite, aka, the Jedi Starfighter from Ep II. What would have been reallycool would have been getting Anakins fighter from the Clone Wars series, the modified Delta 7.

Flying this ship in thePS2 game, jedi starfighter, was so much fun. I really hope they add it for everyone at some point, make it a really elite quest open to all. I think at the starwarsdatabank site they said the JSF from ep. 3(the one in game now - anakin's) was developed from the old one, so for obi wan's ep 2 jsf to be equal or better than the ep. 3 one it would have to be heavily modified or special somehow.

Also, anyone want to see the sith infiltrator (Darth Maul's ship) in game? Sith speeder would be good too!

Ultimately, I'd hope that the original Jedi Starfighter would be in the game. As for it being Rebel ONLY, that's not really fair because the Eta-2 isn't Imperial only, it just requires you to be Imperial to quest and generate it. So become a Imp, get it. Generate it. Leave it in your datapad. Drop Imp. Restart Rebel, get up to tier 4 pilot. Then use it.

Let me repeat, the Eta-2 (Jedi Starfighter) IS NOT IMP ONLY.

I'd love if Imps could get their own ARC and Rebels their own JSF. Then we Rebels that went turncoat to get Vader's could then get Obi-Wan's too! MUahahha

But anyway.. Obi-Wan's fighter would be sweet. I could really go for an Ep2 version, but just a repaint of the standard model would be great.

I mean its obviously meant that we have to go opposite faction, do the quest, generate it, Then turn back, because both faction pilots have certification for The Eta-2 and the ARC 170.

If they added the Delta 7 I wouldn't associate it with Obi-Wan, he would have likely ditched it long ago (didn't his ship get scrapped anyways?)

A better way to make it available to Rebels would be to take the Dantooine jedi in the cave by the ruins and adding another quest arc that yields a Delta 7, as it's much more probably that a jedi that escaped to tatooine would have an intact fighter.

I like that idea, Im not sure if the dark jedi is still out there as I havn't been there in over a year, but if he is, maybe he could give you a mission for a sith infiltrator (I know hes not a sith but he could have stole it or something...).

Lol as you can see I really want a sith infiltrator.
