Does a ship ever completely decay? does decay effect the performance of a ship?

They can decay to 1/1 condition.... but I dont know if that affects the flight ability.

Though the ship is still flyable with 1 HP, if you ever lose Shields/Armor, you're prolly not going to last very long. Once Shields and Armor are gone, your components aren't the only thing taking damage.

I'm not sure it can go below 10. Should it happen be careful your armor not to be entirelly blown.

When you repair your ship, you decrease his Hitpoint Max... But I don't know what it will do on the ship in futur.. If you fall down to 1 point ...
And I'm interrested to know what is the method to repair a Heavy X-wing Chassis... If you know...
Today, I can't Repair My ship, with my chassis repair tool or with the terminal ... (to re-fresh at the top the Hitpoint -> 2000 at the start)
If you know it's possible...

wonder if u could use an ADK on a ship..yea a scyk ship ...heh no like use it on a JSF(eta-2)
