im an imperial . i started in bestine ..

im level 1111 and im capped at 60 k

the trainer in bestine will only give duty missions and he wont train me ..

i went to the guy in theed and the guy on talus and neither of them will talk to me ..

im on euro farstar ..

any help would be greatly appreciated ..
