1. What Server are you on?
2. What ship do you fly?
3. Are you using Droid Commands?
4. Did you read the Pilot FAQ stickied at the top of these boards?
5. Did you read 1st_Viduus' K.I.S.S. Guide to flying series?
If you're on Ahazi feel free to drop me a tell. I suggest reading those guides and faq's first.

Nope no one can train you. You must complete the mission.
Sure the mission is difficult, they are supposed to be. All tier 3 skills are granted once you do the mission. You do not need any xp to train in tier 3.
I suggest you find a wingmate.

You'retalking to a tier 1, 2 or 4 trainer. The tier 3 trainer does not give out duty missions. Where was your tier 2 trainer, then we're able to tell you who to talk to.

There arethree tier 3 imp trainers, only one will work for you. It could be the one you mentioned. If you post the city/planet of your tier 2 trainer someone will be able to tell you which one you need.

To everyone that insists on using blue text. Blue has one of the shortestwave lenghts of visible light and is very hard to see. Just a little info. Not a complaint

With all the different forum skins, colorblindness, monitor settings, etc, etc, it is indeed sensible to stick to white.

Actually I have no problem seeing blue ...
This color is much harder to see!
It all depends on the background color.
Besides, it's a well known fact that red is actually the toughest color to see.
... Just ask your local police officer!

I looked it up: http://www.madsci.org/posts/archives/oct99/939051861.Eg.r.html
It's dealing with traffic lights, thus the info about red specifically, but basically, red, blue, and violet are all the most difficult to see.
