those are tier 4's though and they take a bit of while before i get to shoot em down

Hmmm. Get yourself weapon capacitor to shield shunt 4, engine overload 3, weapon capacitor overcharge 3, and weapon overload 3. program all those into your flight computer.

Sure. But with the way weapon overload 3 is bugged right now, you wont need a reactoroverloadI dont think.
