Does anyone know location of the rebel quest that gives the ARC-170 as a reward?

The queen must be bugged. I tried talking to her and I can't even get a response. My character is a rebel and has been a rebel for almost 3 yrs now. Quest seems to be bugged.

You need to be combatant to talk to her, if you are on leave it won't work. Also the walk throughs say to go on leave after you talk to her or the wookie. I've had to do the quest over a couple of times because I actually did go on leave, the NPC that I've met up with converse with me but never completely followed me to the waypoint as supposed to. But when I remained as combatant the whole time the quest went through successfuly. Don't know if it was just me or what but figure I let you know this because it didn't seem to work out for me the other way. Good luck, hope you get yours in one mission and not have to repeat like I did. so many times.
