Hey, I wanted to know if someone's successfully done this;
Go Imperial
Take the Eta-2 Jedi Fighter mission
Get the deed from Lord Vader
Not finish the mission
Restart Rebel Pilot back up to 4333
Are you able to use the fighter? Any "Yes it works but..." things I should know?

It works. Fellow guildies have done it.
Another enterprising (lame-o) player on my server dropped Rebel on the ground, went Imp, got the fighter (didn't do the last portion of the quest) and then had a CSR reinstate his Rebel Ace Pilot status after he complained that it was a Respec error.

How the heck could a CSR be dumb enough to fall for a "respec error" on a non spec'able profession? Nevermind, I remember some of my conversations with some CSRs.

I honestly don't know whether to laugh my ass of or give in to my urge to find and smack that guy.
The player, not the CSR. The CSR should have known better....or just wanted the guy to shut up and go away. (I work in CS, I know the feeling....well.)
Thanks for the Info Coran_Sienar!
