I did the quest, got the reward, deeded it, flew in it, blah, blah. I wanted to get a JSF, so I deeded all my fighters (including the ARC-170), and surrendered rebel pilot, and became an inquisitor, I'm 4444 (imperial) now, I tried to generate the ARC-170, and it told me I have not completed the quest. Is anyone else having this problem? Should I have not deeded it? Should I have left it in my datapad? I would like to know, because I don't plan on remaining imperial after I master inquisitor, but I would like to continue to fly my super cool JSF.

I was actually able to fly it at one time though. Now I cannot generate the ship. Me thinks the deeds are seriously bugged.

It has more to do with the way the game clears certain space quests and missions from your journal when you change profs. I wager if you had left it in your pad there would have been no issues. It's something that needs to be fixed in regards to at least these specific quests, because like you there are several people out there with ships they cant unpack now, and it was specifically stated that the crosss cert was so that this would not happen to people.
