My personal advice is to take T4 destroy duties - the training you recieve and parts you find are invaluable.
I personally just did the Duty missions from your trainer and was able to train a box for each one I did. The Duty missions were giving me 800-900k of XP per Mission. And they are easy to do.

The Rebels have two of the best tier 4 Duty missions going. Beats scrounging around Kessel.
Lok Hotel- Black Sun Destroy Duty. The single best source of helmet dropping Black Sun ships ingame.
Rori Base- TIE Fighter Destroy Duty. Fly it overt and get faction on top of loot, xps, and duty pay.
Any Rebel can get missions from any Rebel trainer. Tier4 is a piece of cake as a Rebel, these are both nice long Duties that will earn you 80-90% of your tier4 box.
Kessel may have tier5 ships, but I always find the hunting too sporadic to be efficient. A Duty is all yours, the chance at loot is all yours, the money is all yours, and the pace is set by you. If you're not up to snuff to complete one, simply abort it and begin again.
