Hi,
There used to be a thread here with a picture posted where you could clearly see all the hitboxes of each ship compared with eachother.
Now on that picture, you could see that the B-wing almost has the same hitbox as the X-wing, and that the B-wing has a smaller hitbox than the Y-wing.
But today, an ingame friend told me that the B-wing is alot larger than the X-wing, and a little larger than the Y-wing.
So what's the deal with that B-wing now
thx

I think the B-Wing is pretty small. It may be tall, but it's very, very thin. The hitbox can't be that big.

the ship model may be thin, but this game doesnt use the actual model for hit detection. the hitbox of the bwing is alot wider than the ship's fuselage.

ostat is right, the b-wing hitbox is actually kind of disgusting when traced out. first of all, the bottom uh.. thingy? doesn't have a hitbox at all, and the hitbox itself is an actual diamond of sorts that is slightly bigger than the cockpit, extends diagonally down to the wing guns, then diagonally down to a point midway on the bottom wing/gun/thing.
why on earth would they do it this way?
