Thread: Vaksai Fighter Quest after dropping rebel pilot without getting heavy-x

i did a search, but this wasn't answered in any post i could find. here's my situation.
I am a rebel on the ground, and I mastered Rebel Pilot, but i did NOT do the Heavy-X wing quest. I dropped rebel pilot and am now Master Freelance Pilot and still a rebel on the ground. I've started the quests for the vaksai (or so i thought..). I just finished the mission where you escort the Ghrag traitor, and i was speaking to Eyma and he started talking about how i am a 'rebel pilot' and so forth, and how i would have to aid a rebel space station. I stopped the conversation before he gave me a quest because i wanted to make sure i was doin this right.
here's my question: Will i get the vaksai or the heavy-x if i continue with this? i have no desire to ever be a reb pilot again, but i do want the vaksai pretty badly.

Your "bug" is discussed in the sticky named "Kashyyyk Station Quest Update".
If you dont want to read all 5 pages, the bug has to do with the space missions being reset when dropping a pilot and thus getting asynchronous to the ground missions. There is no way around that yet but its a known issue.

You can get both, when you do the quest and Eyma send you to the rebel station just talk to Kashyyyk station instead and it *should* get you started on the Vaksai quest.
