OK,

I am new to the Pilot thing but not to the game and I am sure that this was asked before. I need to get xp faster that 100 points per kill. At the rate I am going, I will be tired and dead. I am stuck on a mission that times out before I can finish it. Please experts of all things that fly and kick butt, learn me in the ways of the Ace Pilot. I beggin!!!

for missions: get help, for xp: if you can, hop in the back gun of a masters 2-seater or MP ship and blast tier 5s in kessel, or lok system is a good place to hunt tier 2s and 3s

At your level, you need to do these things:

- Cruise around Naboo, Corellia, and Tattoine blowing up whatever you can.
- Take destroy missions.
- Take escort missions.

Learn how to do all these things well. The XP will come. Trust me. Going from 0000 to 1111 goes really fast if you just fly and have fun. Once you get 0100, and get better guns, everything starts going much faster. Tier2's give you 400 xp, 3's give you 1600, 4's give you 3k-4k. Etc. Once you start taking out Tier2's (especially in Lok), you'll burn through your boxes.

You MUST learn how to do destroy and escort missions. There are advancement missions which require that you perform these missions.

Here's what I did when grinding out pilot XP for imp:

Tier 1: Duty missions
Tier 2: Duty missions
Tier 3: Quests
Tier 4: Duty missions

For the first two tiers I took the skill box that allowed me to use the new ship chassis first, and then I picked up the equipment boxes. In tier 3 I picked up the droid box first and then went to the upgraded ship box and finally the upgraded equipment level. In tier 4 I got the upgraded ship first (The Tie-Advanced is niceeeeeeee), and then I got the equipment, and then just grinded out 2million xp all at once for the last two.

The best tier 4 imperial mission is from the trainer in the dantooine imperial outpost. this is in my personal opinion.

By the time you run completely through 2 duty missions you'll have enouhg EXP, Loot and Cash to do a ton of things. At least for the 1st Tier, then i went on to do missions at the Dantooine Space Station so they would repair my ship. Just lots more killing..

yep so to sum it all up....kill kill kill at the lower levels i used to fly around and hunt ships one lvl higher then me.

i still tend to if i get the chance, but now i am a bit more carefull.

thing to remember with bigger enemy's don't jump in big groups unless your sure off your skills, ship and components.

else it will just take longer to take one higher lvl ship on then shooting 5 same lvl ships.

just remember to have fun with the grind itself, because your spending most of your time doing that.

and yeah take4on the dull escort duty missions and such because like the previous poster said, you'll be practising something you'll get to do alot off

good luck up there
