i have 1111 freelance pilot and i tried to talk to gil or whoever and i cant get any more missions. but i wanna work for the hutts, how do i do that?

Gil Burtin is the freelance coordinater, he tells you to talk to whoever on Tat, Naboo, or Corellia, based on which faction you wanna fly for. Tat is where the Smuggler's Alliance is, it becomes Hutt friendly at tier 3, until then you work for Valarian. Do you remember which planet your tier 1 trainer was on? That will help you know where to go next. Try talking to Talon Karde in the Mos Eisley cantina, or the guy right next to him, they are part of Smuggler's Alliance tier 1 training. If you are past them, then you talk to some chick in the Lucky Despot
