mark3 concussions or else mark 1 spacebombs....concussions are good for killing shields on hard to hit ships like the TIE, Interceptor or Awing, spacebombs are great for crippling Gunboats

Mark 3 protons, the middle of the line as far as missiles go. Decent ones will hit shields/armor evenly, and a tier 4 a-wing will only survive 4 hits if not hit by anything else.
