Thread: weapon capacitor energy draining real quick

For some reason.. my weapon juice is draining REALLY fast now. 2 days ago I could fire my weapons nearly non stop and not have problems, but now i can barely kill a tier 4. I replaced my capacitor and reactor but i'm still having problems. What could be the cause of this? I'm using reactor/cap/weapon overload 3 like always but it doesnt seem to be working anymore

Maybe they finally fixed WO3 to work properly...but alas they haven't.
I don't think your WO3 is sticking.
Also check to see if your flight computer was accidentally unloaded from your ship.

i use RO and WCO and it drains. WO doesnt change it any bit. And how could i even be doing these commands without a flight computer?
i'm confused by this, you AREN'T using WO3? if that's the case then yeah, holding the trigger down will drain your cap. if you are using weapon overcharge 3 (not to be confused with weapon capacitor overcharge) then it won't really drain your cap. did you get new guns? if not, what is the current energy per shot of each gun, and how much do you drain from your capacitor each time you pull the trigger, find out those numbers and we can figure out what is going on.

Some times parts ghost and pretend to be on your ship you get mystery mass, mystery damage, etc, etc...
It just weird...
The solution usually is to unload you the components and redeed your ship.
