well another thread said 2 of them did, RSF and the inquisition, but your saying only 1, I'm guessing that would be the inquisition.

Yeah, but the quest only grants access to Inquisition and RSF pilots. Other Imp squads that try don't get the final part letting them land, merely a quest that repeats over and over.

What's so special about landing at the Emperor's retreat anyway?

Why do only 2/3 imperial pilot profs get access to land there. I, unfortanetly, picked Storm Squadron. Not only did I get lucky enough to chose the hardest (quest wise) out of the 3, but now I cant even land and the emps retreat? Why would they do that...

Actually, only 1 true Imp profession gets to land there. Freelance has the 2nd. So, 1/3 of Imps, and 1/3 of Freelance can land there. It's been one of my big complaints about being Imperial, but I guess I don't want to visit the emperor any more then he wants to see me. I think I had a few choice words for him last time I stopped by.

well, I do corvette runs, and say I get the sequence code that allows me to go on the corvette, in Anchorhead. I travel to Bestine, and then I JTL to the emps. retreat, and up I go. But, since I cant land there.... I have to go from Bestine, to moenia, then ride 2.5k M to emp retreat. It is just a matter of saving time that is all.

I figured that was the case, but wanted confirmation first Be thankful there's a squadron that can land there at all, rebels have to drive a LOT further than that to get to their corvette launch point... To the point where I just do neutral missions for convenience...

LoL I chose SS for my first Pilot too, it was a good challenge and I had lots of fun, cept that 2 and a 1/2 hour long escort where you gotta escort those freaking Bothans..../shiver Glad i'll never do that one again >.<
