Weapons grouping FTW!
When in space, type "g" to open the weapons group window. Then put all your missile launchers into one group and voila, you are now lethal.

I'm not a missile user so this may be a totally bogus answer, but have you tried putting all the missiles in the same missile weapon group? That's how it works for guns, just use the G key. I've always assumed that's how it works but being Freelancer haven't had any opportunities to try it.
EDIT: Nevermind, listen to the poster above. =)

Press the G key, and assign all the tubes to the same weapon grouping.
THen use the "fire currrent ordance" key.
Oh the joys (and pains) of the tie oppressor.
KABOOOM!!

Thanks Kalia and Phizuol! I had figured it had something to do with the weapon groups, and Ducimus supplied the answer to my next question, which was going to be which command do I need to switch to...one last question, if I make this change, will I still be able to fire missles normally in my ships that only have one ordinance slot, or am I going to have to remember to switch my missle fire binding back and forth?
Thanks again, everyone

I'd assume you won't have any problems with that. I haven't used an Oppressor in way long, but I used to switch between one of those and a missile-loaded Interceptor without any weapons group problems.
Also, you can't unload partially used packs, just have to replace them with a fresh one.

Thanks Tomo!
Last noob questions for the day (I hope)...
I assume that if someone fired more than one missle at me, that I would have to use a CM for each one. Put another way, a single CM does not protect me from multiple missles, correct?
I'm hoping you pop back in here Tomo, because I was wondering...according to the FAQ, the Krayt and the Firespray have the same chassis PYR...and yet the Firespray seems to handle less sluggishly to me. Has it been boosted on the sly, or is my perception just wrong? On that note, I would venture to say that the acceleration/deceleration values on the Firespray are 30, maybe 40...I swear it gets up and down faster than my dunelizard did, at any rate.
Thanks again everyone

Weapon slot settings appear to stick with the ship itself, so you should be ok if you change between them.

The other option is to change the binding (assuming you've got the right mouse button bound to it, or a joystick button) from Fire Current Ordnance Group to Fire All Ordnance. That's what I do, since that is a per-character change rather then per ship.
And as to the Krayt vs Firespray issue, I think it has to do with their optimal turning speeds being a little bit different.

I am certain that this has been asked before, and may very well be in the manual itself, but is it possible to fire all of your missles at once using a single lock-on? If so, how is this achieved? I don't mean empty your launcher with one shot, but fire one round from all of your ordinance slots.
Thanks in advance
Domingo
Also, say you finish a flight with 2 missles left...is there any way to unload them, and combine them to make a full loadout again, or do you just load another pack and eat whatever you still had in there?
