Only tier 3 and master box is a no grind required tier.
If you want to grind without actualy doing repedative grinding....Help other pilots with there missions.

i heard that you can just get story missions from the trainers that make you able to train a new boxbut when i talk to them all i get is duty missions(those are boring) to select from. So my question is how can i get certified to train faster than old fationed grinding?

You can't. You have to grind.
Except for tier 3. Those are all story missions.

If you consider "Duty" missions to be "Story" missions, then yes. Most people don't though, in which case the answer is no.

Meh...I don't consider it a grind...

The first time I was attempting Tier4, I 'ground' nearly three quarters of it by helping a bunch of friends get thru the 'engineer escort' mission (Storm Squad 2222 mission) back when we didn't have uber equipment.
It was without doubt the best way to get thru Tier 4.
