Thread: Kessel Faction Bugged?

I'm a ground rebel, but SA master
One day after leaving deep space, I went to kessel to help some friends kill a vette. When I got to kessel, I noticed that al the imperial ships were not the nefault neutral yellow, but hostile red; the rebel ships were now white unattackable.
This kinda confused me because my numerous trips to kessel this had never happened before. I figured it was just a server hicup and that if I logged out and back in, it would reset my faction status to neutral pilot again. Wrong. Well then I thought that after a server reset my status would be reset. Wrong. Back in normal space, I'm treated as a neutral pilot and everything seems normal there, so I'm not really sure what the issue is.
I contacted a CSR and he told me that because I was a ground rebel that I was considered rebel in kessel. I know this to be false because I have many SA pilot friends that are ground rebels that are still being treated as neutral in kessel even after going through deep space. After correcting him on his error I got told there was nothing he could do for me and that was that.
Has anyone else encountered this problem before and if so, how was it corrected (if at all)?

I'm gona blame the "not reading the sticky" on it being Monday, particularly the first daylight savings time Monday.
Thansk for the speedy response, unfortunately the solution brings up more questions.
Since I use all 3 of my ships fairly frequently, do I have to re-deed all of my ships, or just the one that I originally encountered this bug in?
Redeeding a krayt, firespray AND a yt is going to suck bigtime.
