Thread: Question about ship chassis and ships from quests
No idea about gettng another deed from the Queen, but the other reward ships are all one-shot deals (aside from the Belbullab-22, but that's a loot drop and not a reward).
As for chassis (and I dunno how many times I've typed this in the last day, let alone the last week), have a crack at the search feature. "chassis and decay" should cover it.
Basically, all components decay, but because of the way the mechanics work you'll never have a component with less than 10 HP. This means the ship will still be usable, but very fragile.
And the reason your chassis is decaying is not because of "so many battles," its because you're getting shot to hell and back, and probably exploding. Stop doing that, and your ship will stop decaying 
Maybe try using a ship that isn't so rare to do your grinding in.
