Imperials can't get a tier 4 duty with rebels in it. All ours are pirates and such for every squad.

That's so crap. I guess they are trying to make up to the rebs for giving us such crappy Droid Programs. So you have to rely on static spawns to get FP. That really is a bit pants, sory to hear that really.
