What is the delay between when you can call Bomber Strike 1?

I am finally onto SS tier 3 mission 4, and the second Nova tore me up, I would like to have the bombers there to help take some of the shots!

i beleive that the delay is 8 min plus or minus, not really sure, i'm pretty sure though it goes down when you level it up though. and this is kind of a tough mission i know, best thing you can do is have droid programs especially cap to shield, now joust the first nova then take out the second one with your bstrike, thats what i did at least. learn to joust novas cause your first tier 4 mission pits you againts 2 novas and 8 fighters

Cool, thanks.

Yeah, I was attemtping to joust the 2nd one, targetting its weapons, when I realized that for some reason the Cap-to-Shiels program I bought disappeared. I still had the confirmation email, but the program chip was gone, and wasn't loaded on the droid.

Oh well, I guess I will have to get another one.

Oh, and Weapon Overload 3 is my new bestest friend.

Log out for about 10 minutes or so and they should magically reappear in your inventory. I had this happen to me after buying an astromech, 3 chips, and a LP many months ago. I shuttled back to Theed and my new stuff was gone. I wasted more time and creds to go back and rebuy everything. Activated the droid and burned the chips then drove 5km back to Theed to make sure my new LP blueprint didn't vanish. I logged out for the night and upon logging the next day, I found I had the vanished items in my inventory .
