Heres the scenario. Im a master corsec pilot and rebel colonel. I decided I wanted to collect all the imperial badges including the pilot badges. I drop rebel and pick up Imperial. Being the faction neutral pilot that a corsec is... shouldnt have any problems, righ? So I go see Sgt. Rhea. But all he says is "shouldnt I be somewhere else". I check and confirm im CorSec and confirm hes my initial trainer.

At this point im scratching my head. I file a CS ticket and wait. 4 hours later I get a hit. All this guy can tell me is that he is not my initial trainer. This guys is a friggin parrot. Everytime he says i need to check the forums and KB for the right trainer I inform him I have and his reply consistantly is "hes not your trainer". So he cuts me off and closes the ticket. Fustratingly I file another ticket hopping to get someone who atlest feigns wanting to help. Im not waiting around online this time. Next day I log in and have a reply. I was told to drop imperial and go back rebel then drop. So I do this and go back to Sgt. Rhea... can you guess the outcome... yup... he still insists i should be somewhere else. So in a final gasp of desperation, I file one more ticket and wait. Only 3hrs this time. The gent I talked with was very appologetic and he says that there is nothing CS can do, hes stumped as to the problem and asks me to bug it.

So here I sit. After a week of not being on and occasionaly mulling over my problem, im thinking maybe if i get back to colonel....

Its the only thing i havent tried. Im hoping someone else out there has toiled with this issues and might have some suggestions. Otherwise its wait till the last month of the game and they fix the issue then ... if im lucky.

If you try to surrender it on the skill tree window (ctrl+s) I think it tells you to go to the pilot coordinator.

Gil Burtin, Bestine (?) Hotel. Not the initial trainer of the squadron, the initial pilot coordinator you saw when you choose what squadron to join.
