Thread: Space and the next expansion ?

Hi all,
Does anyone know if space gets an add to it with the new expansion ?
They say Mustafar WILL NOT have a space sector, but what about the space move from fan fest ?
Does that get added to the new expansion or not ?
I dont want to start rumors, just want to ask if it and when it gets added...

No, there's no space with the expansion. And no new space content.
A Dev from a chat said the movie we saw at FanFest was not planned to be released any time soon (if ever, really).So no, that's not getting added with the next expansion.
The only space thing being added with the expansion is the YT-2400.

Having no Mustafar space at all is an interesting concept. How do we get there? Do we have the ability to "travel" only? Will we have to use public transportation (GASP)? This would make it the exact opposite of Kashyyyk, where you HAVE to fly there. I am eager to hear reports from the beta.

In a stratics chat a dev said you will be able to go there by shuttle.
Btw you probably wont hear any reports from beta here. Theres the NDA.
Good point on the NDA. I guess I should have said I am eager to hear more information from the devs as it is released for public consumption.

Are we gonna have to buy the pile to get the new ship? Not real sure if a new ship'll be worth giving the jedi's more love, and sony more money.

Kashyyyk has HALF a space zone effectively...most of the periphery of the zone has nothing in it.
I said about three weeks ago that I thought the upgraded POB parts meant we weren't getting cap ships. Either I'm clairvoyant or the Dev team is getting even more predictable.
...revamping SL and Ranger when they've been promising a revamp to Smuggler for going on more than two years now is just evil, though.
