3) just to expand on the neutral part of your response, the NPC who gives this duty mission is in the Theed Palace, he's inside, in a room off to the right in the main hallway. He's a lvl 4 trainer, so you have to at least be that far to get the duty mission from him.

Your only option if you're Imperial is to camp the Black Sun spawn point near Red Sin Chimaera and pray. Good luck...

1. Does you have to be any certain faction to get BS duty mission?
2. Do you have to be a certain level pilot to wear it?
3. Where do you get BS duty missions(I am only 1111 pilot so I don't know alot?)
4. What level BS are they being looted off. I know that it a rarer drop.

1) Rebel Pilot or Neutral Pilot. Imperials have a hard time getting missions
2) No
3) Rebels: Hotel in Lok / Neutrals: Theed I believe
4) Tier 4+

Or join a friend of yours who is neutral/rebel in space and is willing to take the missions for you
