Thread: Is this Rebel Mission Broken...Can Someone Help me?

I keep picking up a mission fromLady Viopathe Rebel Pilot Trainer on Lok. The mission is "Lok system: Steal Imperial Information."


The description reads "Nym pirates have found a stranded Imperial "Lambda" shuttle. You're ordered to travel to it and hack its on board computer and see if there's any useful information in it.


Inspect the Imperial shuttle to make sure it got what we want. If it does and you haven't disabled it already, do so, then dock and transfer the data over to your ship......."



So TEN TIMES NOW I have picked up this mission, flown out to the waypoint, and gotten nothing. There are tie fighters near the area, but that is it. I hav spent 3 days circling the waypoint all the way out to 3000m and found nothing.


Now near the waypoint is a Imperial space station, and there are some Lambda shuttles that fly in the area around it. However, I have tried inspecting, disabling, and docking with at least 6 of those shuttles, and I STILL fail the quest upon my return to Lok.




Am I doing something wrong or is this just broken. Since this is one of the missions from the Rebel Pilot Trainer, this is a pretty big deal if it is broken....

I did that the other day, just circle around the waypoint with your radar set to 2000 and inspect EVERY lambda you see. Eventually you will find it.

The shuttle spawns at the wp and flies away from it for a while. When it gets to a certain distance away, it despawns and reappears at the wp, so if it's not around when you get there, wait a while and it'll appear.

As a footnote, last time I did this one I went through 6 shuttles before I got the one I wanted, so patience may be required.
