I feel like doing imperial pilot and was just wondering what the easyest and hardest squadron was.

I just came back over 6 months and when I left storm squadron was extremly hard, imp inquisition was the easyest and BE was in the middle. Has anything changed?

why make them all equal, i think is the bigger question. and SS really isnt that ahrd it jsut takes ome quick thinking and a @#$% of droid commands and being comfortable with your ship.

not a clue i'm currently fifnishing SS, on my exit tier 4 actually so not a clue. though form past posts i think that there is a tier 3 one that is a patrol, jsut go bleow 500 for most ofit and you should be fine.

With the new crafted top speed engines the mission scripts can't keep up on patrols. Many patrol missions thus get bugged because the pilot flies to fast. Stick below 500 when patrolling like Julak said and you won't encounter any bugs.

From my limited experience of JTL, here are my thoughts..

There is a massive imbalance between Tier 3 and Tier 4 missions - mainly because as of 4333 onwards you can use the ROTW ships. I'm flying around in a Bel22 with 2 2900+ dmg lvl7 weapons, so pretty much all of Tier 4 was a cakewalk (I'm 4444 now). Groups of Tier4/5 ships weren't even intimidating anymore. Since the Bel22 also zips around like a bullet, the usual penalties from ships with high mass/more than one weapon don't exist.

I'm using the Bel22 as an example, but you could say the same for the Heavy TIE, Actis, etc.

I had to get help for some of my Black Epsilon Tier 3 missions (particularly the last one, that was a nightmare).

SS isnt that hard with the droid commands you know as you go up the tree. The only hard things about it are the strange sneaky "find the undercover agent" stuff on the ground and those really LLLLOOOOOOOOOOONNNNGGGGGGGGG escorts.

oh yea don;'t forget the one misson where you have to escort a shuttle and destroy 4 waves before the 5th spawns, i spent 2 weeks.

Oh and don't forget, if you make one stupid mistake and get killed, you have to start those loooooong escort missions all over again...one mission took me over 1.5hrs to complete. Right now, I'm doing (well, still attempting) the Tier 4 exit mission for SS. Lots of ships, seemingly all with missles. I'm gonna try it a couple more times before I yell for help.
