hokay i was wondering about the recharge rate on a capacitor...the higher the number the better right?

annnnd the recharge rate on shields...also the higher the better?

Yes to both questions. The higher the rate, the faster it recharges (booster too).

thank you...i went imp for a day to get the jsf...cost 3mil to get to where i was being a rebel...worth it to me though so im workin on getting it all tripped out on the best i can buy

hmmm, dont take this personally, but, if you dont know whether higher is better on shield recharge then perhaps you should fly more with the standard ships and learn that way, rather than utilising the JSF (or easy setting). In the end learning to fly and fight with the normal ships will be better for you.
