Is the first mission I have to do for Beissa at Jabba Themepark
YavinSystem: Recover Stolen Weapons Shipment
Steal back for Jabba weapons shipment that was never rightfully his begin with
I destroy all the escort fighters,then what?
am I suppose to disable the cargo shipment, If so, How? If not, what am I suppose to do?

Don't remember this mission, but if its a recovery mission this is the general formula:
Target the transport vessel, cycle through components until the engine is highlighted (done usually through use of the right-bracket key " ] ", then open fire... stop until you get a message that your target has been disabled. Then dock with the vessel. Go from there.

Hmm, you can try docking with the shuttle after you disable the engines. I seem to recall though that you simply had to move in real close to the shuttle and some text will appear saying something about the ship being taken over. I think thats what happens during that mission but I can't say for sure.
