I am currently 1 1 1 1, where should I go and what should I hunt?

I just did duty missions and flew around tatooine and blew up tier 2 black sun... no specific location, though.

Missions are definitely the way to go to earn the first 60k XP for your first tier two box. I did escort missions since you can continue going on and on and on with those and the difficulty never really gets any harder like the ace killing duty mission.
