Thread: What's the deal with the Bugged X-Wing Mission

It seems to me like plenty of people are incredibly frustrated about this bugged X-Wing mission for those of us who answered Eyma's question wrong. If this bug isn't going to be fixed soon, at least let people know what is going to be done about it (if it will be fixed at all). I, like lots of other pilots, have wasted hours doing those stupid endless escort missions in an attempt to progress through the missions, so I don't think it's an unfair request to at least let everyone know what's going on. Has ANYONE heard ANYTHING about what'sthe dealwith this issue? I've read through most of the threads and couldn't find an update on this issue.

I'd be happy if we could just reset the whole quest and redo it.


I answered "easy" because up to that point the quest WAS easy.

I'm feelin' the pain of making the wrong choice too. Sucks that I wasted all that time to find out there's no way I can get the reward. Very unhappy camper here.

Not allowing people to progress in a mission for giving a simple "wrong" answer in a conversation - that's not even wrong (it's the truth ); isn't on. They're fixing stuff such as "Dying in space will cause wounds again", yet they leave such a gaping wound in the gameplay of ROTW?

Yes, one missing dialog line is causing a whole lotta grief.


Ive sent tickets but they just tell me to submit bugs, which i have already done...

Ah! now i understand why i cant do the advanced x-wing quest.


He gave me 2 questions, if i had of answered right id have me xwing now.


But if i answered wrong, i should still be able to do the xwing quest, by completing the new mission first and then going off to talk to him again.. Ive completed 6 of these civilian escort missions and he still wont talk to me (

As Tomo explained in other threads, it IS a bug, and wasn't intended. And they're workin' on it. I'm curious where the mission arc was supposed to go when you answered that way. Woulda been cool to get ambush by a bunch of tier 5's...

i was told by my mummy that lying is wrong so i said they were easy and am in the same boat as the rest of you, guess I should have lied and endured the spanking x_x

What Tomo has said is that it HAS to be a bug but he has had no confirmation on this.


We really need a Dev or someeone to acknowledge this issue.
