Once you run out of missles while you are flying in space, can you reload them or would you have to land and access the terminal to do that?

You have to land. Rebels have the /inspacereload special ability, but the free missiles are not the greatest. The price is right though.

That is an understatement.

On top of that it doesnt top off tubes.
