i am an imperial pilot based in bestine. iam doing the quest to filled all of my tier one boxes and got teh quest to dock with a nyms lieutent. i disabled the nyms lieutenant and inspeced it. it then told me to dock with the ship. i tried the dock command but it said the ship denied my request, what am i doing wrong.
