OK guys i need some help on furnishing my YT-1300. I've got my vet reward, and its between MODUALR SEATING or the PASSENGER LOUNGE.

What do ya'll like better? (which one should i choose)

The lounge. Modular seating is TINY.

If they are the seats I'm thinking of, they don't really work well without each other - you'd need 2 lounges and 3-4 modular seatings to assemble a proper "lounge". You're almost better off with ordinary couches I'd say.

I've got one of each, and my lounge on my YT is an EXACT replica of the one aboard the Millenium Falcon

(ESB Falcon, not ANH one)

Just the lounge or the whole ship? If it's the whole ship, PICS!

(Yep, one of each is enough for a Falcon lounge, however, Han's interior decorating skills always seemed a bit dubious to me. )

Some pilots with decent engines can make them fly well,

I put a fairly good engine into mine, and it accelerated like molasses and stopped like a train.

POB ships should have some serious maneuverability, otherwise they're just terrible

They aren't supposed to be maneuverable, but they can go quite fast. Throttling down to 80% helps turning a lot, and using your booster to get up to speed does too. No good way to slow them down yet though
