A bunch of people told me that if become an Ace, which i was and drop it i will gain 2x experience if i do another type of pilot... So far im at novice and i am not noticing any more xp, but i have only tried tier 1s and am getting about 140ish xp...

Is this true, or was i lied to?

Play the game or don't it is what it is and will never be what it was for better or worse. I intend to play the game as long as it is fun, that does not make me a fan boy of brown noser. I know the game has it's flaws, but it serves no purpose to dwell in the past.

You get double exp for doing a squadron and then doing another of any type.

Triple for doing 3 squadrons, one of which has to be another faction

Quadruple for having a master from each faction and doing a fourth.

So having mastered RSF, Vortex and Storm say, and then going on todo smuggler, that will give you 100 exp forthe killand 300 master pilot bonus for a tier 1 ship.

It's possible to get 4 million exp by doing 1 Arkons Havok Black Sun duty mission with 3 masters under your belt, which should explain a lot to the "let me swap my pilot exp for FS exp" people out there.

Burt - Currently working on Squadron number 7.

Crikey, sir. I'm looking forward to today. Up diddly up, down diddly down, whoops, poop, twiddly dee - decent scrap with the fiendish Red Baron - bit of a jolly old crash landing behind enemy lines - capture, torture, escape, and then back home in time for tea and medals
