I've seen others dropping their uniforms in the house.
But how to drop, no-drop items?

It must be your residence to drop the uniform. IF you simply have admin, no dice. I have one set on display and the other I wear.

The Ace jacket/helm are not no-drop items (unless it's changed recently), they are no-trade items. You can drop them, but you must be the owner of the building to do so.
