im on the first mission and im on talus at the WP that says "Heart of the Rebellion- mining operation" but theres nothign here other than some extractors, and nothing happens when i reach the WP

The contact on Talus is in the cantina in Dearic I believe. I don't remember ever having to run into the wilds during that mission. For that matter I dont remember the mission ever giving a groundside waypoint either.
